Pertussis (Whooping Cough) Resources
Need a whooping cough vaccine?
--If you have medical insurance, ask your regular health care provider for a pertussis vaccine.
--If you do not have medical insurance or if your insurance does not cover a pertussis vaccine, you can get a pertussis vaccine for free from Grays Harbor County Public Health and Social Services Department. Vaccines are available Monday - Thursday from 9:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. and from 2:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.

Local Update and Vaccine Information
Washington State Secretary of Health, Mary Selecky, has declared a whooping cough epidemic in Washington state. Teens and adults are urged to get vaccinated. Grays Harbor County Public Health and Social Services Department has developed posters and a wallet card that health professionals can print and distribute to patients.
